I have over 8 years of experience working in pastoral and welfare support roles in schools, 6th forms and FE colleges, promoting positive wellbeing in young people through building independence, confidence and resilience.

I work with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to: adult survivors of sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, bereavement, trauma, anger, self-harm, stress, low-confidence, relationship issues, domestic violence, addictions, suicidal thoughts.

I also have significant experience of working with young people and adults on the autistic spectrum and with other learning difficulties.
