WORKSHOPS
Student Workshops
Do you want to support your students to self-help, reflect and speak up?
Workshops can include a bespoke mixture of the following topics:
Understanding and managing anxiety and stress
Mental health awareness and spotting the signs
Understanding thoughts and feelings
Building confidence and self-esteem
Increasing self-awareness
Creating healthy habits
This work goes above and beyond the usual mental health topics that might be covered within PSHCE and your student development curriculum. Students will be given the chance to learn about the psychology of their feelings, so they can address their emotions in a healthy way.
Each workshop will be around 1.5 hours, but I can adapt this if necessary. All sessions are also curriculum mapped and can be differentiated for different groups of students.
Please contact me if you have any further questions, and to discuss your requirements.
Group numbers are flexible, however for the workshop to be interactive, I advise no more than 60 students per group.
£300 per 1.5 hour session
Small Group Wellbeing Sessions
School Years 9-13 or workplace group

Understanding and supporting those who self-harm
Exploring and navigating unhealthy relationships

Boundary setting
Small group wellbeing sessions offer a space to share what’s going on for an individual whilst receiving support and feedback from peers/colleagues in similar situations; feeling connected, understood and heard by others who get it.
All sessions will include a group agreement, a check-in and safe and open sharing space.
Sessions can be offered online or in-person.
£80 per 1 hour session
Employee Workshops
“Make mental health a priority in your workplace”
Trying to find a way to give your staff the tools they need to deal with stress, burnout or anxiety?
You might have a really supportive Employee Assistance Programme, great HR policies and supportive team members, but still feel like your colleagues and employees need some help.
We are surrounded by mental health and wellbeing messages, inspirational quotes and prompts to journal and do yoga, but how about we actually equip your employees with the tools and techniques to move through life’s challenges.
Whilst we have come a long way in breaking down the stigma and barriers surrounding mental health and wellbeing, it is often something that is still not spoken about openly. Despite the growing concerns surrounding work-related stress, anxiety and depression amongst adults in the UK, it often remains taboo.
The key to managing and supporting mental health within your workplace is to empower your employees and equip them with the tools and techniques to navigate any hurdles, whether that’s within the workplace or in their personal lives. Workshops and talks are designed with both employers and employees in mind, sharing models, tools and techniques to educate and support both your own and others mental health and wellbeing.
Each workshop will be tailored to meet an organisations needs, and can cover the following topics:
Psycho-education on how the brain works and the mind/body connection
Understanding & managing stress
How to regulate our nervous systems & manage emotions
Increasing self-awareness
Boundaries and self-care
Mindfulness and happiness
Sleep, anxiety and healthy habits
Overcoming imposter syndrome
Compassionate communication
